  •   Follow the Park rules. Non-obedience can lead to legal action.
  •   You have to get a Permit from authorities to enter the Park.
  •  Don’t ask the Driver to increase the speed of the Vehicle. The recommended speed inside the park is 20 km/h.
  •  It is compulsory to take an official guide with every safari.
  •  For safety reasons, listen to what your guide says and always obey them.
  •  You’re in the territory of animals and they have the right of the way so you have to wait if they are crossing the road.
  •  Always carry a bottle of drinking water with you.
  •  If you’re going to ride an elephant then wait for your turn to embark, and obey the mahout.
  •  You have to maintain silence and discipline in the park. By doing so your safari experience will enhance.

Don'ts in satpura national park

  •  Don't try to enter the Park with firearms/explosives.
  •   Don't carry cigarettes or a matchbox inside the park premises.
  •  Don’t smoke or lit fire, it can cause a forest fire.
  •  Don't carry or play a transistor, tape recorder, or any other musical gadget.
  •  Don't blow the horn inside the park as animals can get disturbed.
  •  Don't throw cans, bottles, plastic bags, or any garbage inside the park. Dispose of them when you come out.
  •  Don't get down from the safari, unless told by the guide.
  •  Don't pluck flowers or any kind of forest property.
  •  Don’t use strong-smelling perfumes or deodorants because animals are sensitive to smell. A strong fragrance can also attract bees or other insects around you.
